I contacted Alarmboss on a Monday, the following day their representative Varun came to our business - newly opened location and I was only in town for a few days Needed an alarm system, cctv, switch panel, rack and some cat5/6 cable pulled to create plug in points at desks I explained the deadline, within hours everything was quoted as promised and the work completed by the Friday. I was very impressed at the level of service and get it done attitude, the installers were also very good to work with and didn’t make a mess I would recommend alarm boss for these types of requirements

Service Technician was very knowledgeable. Also the service desk (Shajjida) was extremely helpful in coordinating the appointment and following up with a receipt for the service call.

Great customer service (Dealt mainly with Shajida and Sarah) with prompt responses and good pricing. Been with this Security Services Provider for several years and it has been a pleasure dealing with their customer service, sales and tech departments.
